WE ARE STILL OFFERING CURB SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO LIKE THIS SERVICE JUST LET US KNOW WHEN YOU CALL! THANK YOU! Please know that the entire staff of Riverside Veterinary Hospital is constantly monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for the most current information concerning the Coronavirus pandemic. Clients should be advised of the following: 1. We have added additional cleaning and sanitizing protocols on top of the already stringent protocols we follow as an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) Accredited hospital to do everything possible to protect our clients, patients, employees, and our families. Don't panic if you see us gloved up and wiping. We are doing everything we can to be on top of this developing situation. 2. We strongly ask that if you have an appointment at our office, or medications to pick up, and you are sick, please call us to make alternative arrangements and PLEASE STAY HOME! We are more than happy to accommodate as best we are able, just call and ask. 3. Additionally, most of us are parents here too. We understand that it is difficult to get childcare when kids are sick. If your children are sick and home from school, we ask that you NOT bring them to the office. It is not good for them, you, or us. Again, please call us and we will help any way we can. 4. Covid-19 is one of many types of viruses in the Coronavirus class. There are many other coronaviruses, including some that pets can get, but with the information we have at this time, we have absolutely NO REASON to believe that our pets can get or transmit Covid-19 to humans or each other. 5. If anyone comes to the office and appears visibly ill, we reserve the right to suspend the appointment and send them home for the safety of everyone that comes to our facility. Thank you! We ask for your courtesy and patience as we begin to transition back to a somewhat normal routine, our doctors and staff are doing their utmost best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, as always all appointments are a case by case situation and all are addressed with professionalism and courtesy and some may take a little longer than others, we care about each and every case equally. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
